MnACC Fall 2020 Checklist (for college counselors)

Are you prepared for the upcoming college fairs?

1. Register for Virtual College Fairs

o Participants must be paid MnACC members. Institutions and organizations will only be allowed to participate if full payment has been received to the membership committee or if a copy of a P.O. has been submitted. To create a membership or renew, visit our membership page

o Fair dates:

Tuesday, October 20, 2020 2-6 pm

Thursday, October 29, 2020 2-6 pm

Sunday, November 1, 2020 12-4 pm

2. Create Your Virtual Booth

o To begin creating your booth, please visit this link and click Register Here, or Update Existing Registration- you will only need to do this once for all three dates.

o You will have until Friday, September 25th to complete your booth registration.

3. Preview Your Virtual Booth September 28-30th

o Go To College Fair will build your page prior to the 28th.

o You will be emailed an invitation to set up your chat feature through AdmitHub. Be sure to mark them as a safe sender @admithub.com so that you don’t miss the email! Here is how to mark them safe in Outlook, Gmail, and iPhone.

o Your booth will be accessible to students beginning October 1st, which will allow you to begin collecting leads even before the start of the fair! Be sure to connect with your students to reinforce your live activity during the designated fair times. The MnACC College Fair site will remain open until December 1st.

4. GTCF Webinars

o Visit the website to view the available webinars to help with your virtual booth set-up.
